Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp grainy mustard
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

Method

  1. Start by measuring out all your ingredients: mayonnaise, yellow mustard, grainy mustard, BBQ sauce, honey, hot sauce, and butter. This will make the mixing process quick and efficient. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly before adding to the mixture.
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of mayonnaise with 1 tablespoon each of yellow mustard and grainy mustard. Use a whisk or spoon to blend them until smooth. This will create a creamy and tangy base for the sauce.
  3. Next, add 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce and 2 tablespoons of honey to the bowl. Whisk again to fully incorporate these ingredients. The BBQ sauce brings that smoky depth, while the honey adds a balanced sweetness.
  4. Pour in 1 tablespoon of your favorite hot sauce and stir it in. Then, slowly drizzle in the melted butter while whisking. This step gives the sauce a rich, silky texture and a mild kick of heat.
  5. Taste the sauce and adjust the flavors to your liking-more honey for sweetness, more hot sauce for spice. Let it rest for 5–10 minutes, then serve or refrigerate.

Notes

To store Jimmy Geez B&B Sauce, transfer it to an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Stir well before each use, as the ingredients may naturally separate. Reheating isn’t necessary, but if you prefer it warm, gently heat in the microwave for 10–15 seconds and stir until smooth. Avoid boiling or overheating.
